Acting for the future of young people in rural areas
School inequalities constitute the greatest injustice that can be committed to future citizens because they obliterate their future. Schools in rural areas are under-equipped and sometimes lack teachers. To this must be added the great poverty that makes students suffer from malnutrition.
KIOS has launched the ISEF (Innovation in Education and Training) program, which aims to test certain innovations in rural areas in order to provide students with equal opportunities for success. Several villages in the commune of Lolodorf (Cameroon) participate in this experimental program.
This program concerns: the distribution of school kits (school bags, notebooks, pens, slates) to students, the payment of salaries for temporary teachers, the creation of Digital Work Spaces (ENT), the setting up of school canteens, digitization school books, distribution of digital tablets and educational resources (wikipedia, wikipedia, classroom management, digital courses, ...)
